“This is the first time in a LONG time I don’t eat the day following the binge eating.

Joo, eli taas kävi näin. Täs ehkä viimesen vuoden aikana oon oppinu siihen, että en rankase itteäni syömättömyydellä ahmimisen jälkeisenä päivänä, mutta nyt tuli vähän taannuttua taaksepäin. Saas nähä saanko suutanu aukastua huomenna syömishäiriöryhmässä.

So, yeah, this happened again. During this one year I’ve maybe learned not to punish myself by not eating the day following the binge, but I regressed a little now. We’ll see if I’m able to talk about it in ED support group tomorrow.

Goddamn I’m hungry.
